I tried them both in Burnaby and Richmond. The burnaby one was better in my opinion.
The leg & thighs were juicy and tender. The flavored chicken was yummy. And the 3 pieces combo was substantial. -

The workers at this branch seriously hates their jobs. From the time you get in to when you leave, you are left with just pity for them. I never look down anyone ever but if your service is rude, you really need to check yourself. Terrible customer service and the chicken seriously is getting worse each time we buy from there. Some part of the chicken isn't even crunchy - literally half of it isn't. Not impressed. They need to learn to smile.

This is my go to location since it's close to my house and there's lots of parking. What's not to love about church's though? Hot crispy juicy chicken always hits the spot. They use to send coupons in the mail but I didn't bring any and the cashier suggest I get the in store Labor Day special: 4 pieces chicken for $6. Super awesome deal. Make sure you either download the app for coupons or ask in store what deals they have that day.

Omg, rude rude cashier. She wasn't looking at me when I was ordering and she couldn't understand what I want. Total disregards! But she had no problem to talk and laugh with other staff (they all speak Tagalog)
Worst of all, soggy chicken and old fries... never coming back here! -

Please supply your employees with proper gloves when they are handling road salt as it can be harmful when used with bare-hands.
